Why this blog?

 This is where I am going to begin uploading the data i've been organizing into individual articles and reports that will eventually make up the majority of the body of the data I've personally collected and collated

I intend to provide links between the problems I've seen and the solutions I've seen go unnoticed

These are not shots at individuals or organizations.
